Details

Compute Module 5 puts the Raspberry Pi 5 processor on a 55 × 40 mm module with onboard eMMC, so a product can ship on its own carrier board while keeping the Raspberry Pi software stack. The IO Board breaks out every interface for development.

  • BCM2712, 4× Cortex-A76 @ 2.4 GHz
  • 2–16 GB LPDDR4 with ECC, 0–64 GB eMMC
  • PCIe Gen 2 x1, 2× USB 3.0, 2× HDMI 4Kp60
  • In production until at least January 2036

Supplied as a Linux-ready kit: we deliver the board with a Linux image built for your application and can take on BSP customisation, driver development and bring-up. Contact us for scope and lead time.
